Once the date is confirmed, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your booking date. The deposit will go towards the full amount. We require the payment to be made in full at least 48 hours prior to the event. Please note, 0% will be refunded for any event cancelled or for any changes in the number of teepees 7 days or less before the event. Travel fees will be charged for areas 10 miles outside of 32828 zip code. We do not move furniture. Please make sure your area is cleaned and ready to be decorated before we arrive. Please make sure the space is clear of any pet hair. Please note that an additional charge of $10 per teepee will be applied for upstairs setups.
A fully refundable security deposit of $200 is also payable 48 hours prior to the event date, which will be refunded in full when Dreamee Teepee picks up the undamaged/clean items from the event. Please note that this fee will only be fully refunded if the hired equipment is undamaged and clean. Please keep pets, paint, markers, makeup, food, drinks, odor, etc clear of teepees. Expect payment deductions if items are not returned in the condition that they were delivered. Dreamee Teepee will deliver and set up your teepees according to your chosen theme. Please allow up to 2 hours for setup time. The rental period is overnight. Setup and next day pick up will be scheduled at your convenience.
